Class registration/fees

The fee for classes through the South Bellevue community Center is $60 per month for the beginner and Level II class for Bellevue residents, $72 per month for non-residents. Pleased feel free to visit and observe prior to joining. The community center requires students to register prior to their first class but, if you try one or two classes and decide it isn't for you, they will generally refund the month's fee.

Click on the links below to sign up for classes online prior to the beginning of the month. If you wish to sign up during the month, after the class has started, call the Parks and Community Service's office at (425) 452-6885. The monthly fee will be pro-rated according to the time left in the month.

Beginning Chito-ryu

Monday, Wednesday 5:45 to 7:00 pm.
Friday 5:45 to 6:45 pm

Adults, youth age 10 and up, starting students and belt levels white through orange (9th through 7th Kyu).

Level II Chito-ryu

Monday, Wednesday 5:45 to 7:00 pm,
Friday 6:30 to 7:50.

Adults, youth age 10 and up, students ranked Green III (6th Kyu) and up. Advanced class requirements.

There are scholarships available for families, or individuals such as full-time students, with limited income. If you are a Bellevue resident and are interested in finding out more about scholarship opportunities, pick up an application at Bellevue City Hall or any community center, or call the Bellevue Parks & Community Services Department at 425-452-6885 or click here. If you are not a Bellevue resident or don't qualify for the city scholarship, please contact Sensei Dipboye directly to discuss a dojo scholarship.
